Celje, 25 February 2026 – Between 13 and 15 March 2026, the Celje Fairgrounds will once again host the March Fairs, one of the most diverse spring events in Slovenia. With a single ticket, visitors will be able to attend five fairs – Hunting Days, Sport Shooting Days, APIS Slovenia | Europe, Flora&Garden, and this year’s novelty, the FIT&WELL fair – a content-rich upgrade of the renowned Altermed brand, designed as a response to current market needs and modern lifestyles. Around 400 exhibitors from 14 countries will occupy all exhibition halls. The organiser, Celje Fair, expects more than 20,000 visitors from across the Adriatic region.
New platform FIT&WELL
The biggest novelty this year is FIT&WELL, a new fair dedicated to an active lifestyle and well-being. The event goes beyond a traditional exhibition format by offering visitors an experience – the possibility to participate in guided workouts, talk with experts, observe practical demonstrations, and test various approaches to improving physical and mental well-being.
Special emphasis will also be placed on regeneration and modern biohacking solutions, including light therapies, oxygen chambers, floating therapy, robotic therapeutic systems, and body composition measurements with professional consultation.
The fair will also present herbalism, alternative approaches, energy therapies, and natural body-support methods, as well as organic and functional nutrition, superfoods, dietary supplements, modern nutritional concepts, aesthetics, rejuvenation, and skincare as part of a holistic well-being approach.
Lectures will run alongside the exhibition, covering nutrition, functional supplements, stress management, and holistic health approaches. Natural cosmetics, therapeutic methods, and sustainable everyday solutions will also be showcased.
An important part of the FIT&WELL fair is the Fit-Life Arena, where guided workouts, equipment presentations, sports disciplines, and active challenges will take place over all three days. Visitors will be able to test sports equipment, participate in group training sessions, and discover modern training and recovery approaches.
APIS Slovenia | Europe: international hub of beekeeping knowledge
APIS Slovenia | Europe, taking place on 14 and 15 March, represents the 49th edition of one of the largest professional beekeeping events in Europe. In cooperation with the Slovenian Beekeepers’ Association, it will offer international expert lectures, presentations of equipment and innovations, and discussions about the importance of beekeeping for the environment and biodiversity.
Hunting Days: tradition, culture and sustainable wildlife management
Hunting Days, co-created together with the Slovenian Hunting Association, will once again bring together hunters, professionals, and the general public and present modern practices of sustainable wildlife management.
In addition to the exhibition programme, visitors can expect cynology and falconry demonstrations, the traditional venison goulash cooking competition, performances by hunting choirs, and the national deer-calling championship, highlighting the cultural heritage aspect of hunting.
Sport Shooting Days: safety, discipline and sport
Sport Shooting Days, organised in cooperation with national federations, will present various shooting disciplines, equipment, and safe use and storage practices. The event is intended for both recreational participants and professional athletes, and visitors will also be able to watch competitions and professional presentations.
The programme is prepared in cooperation with the Shooting Union of Slovenia, the Slovenian Practical Shooting Association, and the Archery Association of Slovenia, ensuring professionally supported content and a high-quality accompanying programme.
Flora&Garden: self-sufficiency and sustainable living
Flora&Garden will offer insight into modern gardening, self-sufficiency, and sustainable living approaches. The exhibition programme will include seedlings, seeds, gardening equipment, and outdoor landscaping solutions, accompanied by workshops, expert consultations, and presentations of best practices.
Accompanying programme for all generations
The diversity of content creates the uniqueness of the March Fairs, where tradition, nature, sport, and modern lifestyle meet in one place. The event’s mission remains connecting communities and transferring knowledge and experience into everyday life.
Throughout all three fair days, a rich accompanying programme with workshops, lectures, and interactive events will be available. Among other things, visitors can expect a day of hunting culture with performances by hunting choirs and horn players, the national deer-calling championship, and demonstrations of hunting cynology and falconry.
A children’s programme has also been prepared. Through play and experiential learning, children will discover nature, health, and sustainability values and learn about the role of hunters in nature conservation. This year, the Shooting Union of Slovenia will also join with special content for the youngest visitors.
