At the Celje Showground, the International Industriy Fair and KOMOT – Public Utility Equipment, Waste Management and Water Technologies Fair – took place under one umbrella. These are the largest professional events in the region, attracting leading global innovations and technological solutions to one place.
Across 25,000 m² of exhibition space, 370 exhibitors from 11 countries presented more than 1,000 brands from 36 countries, spread across 9 exhibition halls and outdoor areas. The events attracted around 17,000 professional visitors from 24 countries, underscoring the strong international presence and importance of the fairs in the broader Southeast European region.
A 20% increase in foreign exhibitors compared to the previous edition, along with the fact that 89% of last year’s exhibitors returned, confirms the high level of satisfaction with the quality of the fair. Manufacturers made up 45% of all exhibitors, adding further professional weight to the event through the presentation of concrete, technologically advanced solutions.
The expert accompanying program covered key topics of modern industry – from automation and production optimization, welding technologies with a welding competition, toolmaking and maintenance, to the plastics industry. Awards were also presented for the most sustainable, economically efficient, and technologically advanced solutions.
These events remain crucial platforms for networking, knowledge exchange, and showcasing the latest trends in the industrial and municipal sectors – with a forward-looking vision.
